Roles and permissions
Who can do what. Billing does not consume a license seat.

| Owner | Full access to everything — billing, users, settings, projects, reporting | None |
| Admin | Manage projects, install cards, integrations, and all settings | Cannot manage users or access billing |
| Member | Create and manage projects, run scoping interviews, generate SOWs | Cannot access Settings or Reporting |
| Billing | View and manage subscription only | No access to projects, settings, or app features. Does not consume a license seat. |
Note
Role changes take effect as soon as the user's session refreshes its token. If someone cannot reach something they should be able to, having them sign out and back in is the fastest fix.
