Terminology by PSA
DarkBird renames itself to match your PSA. This table maps the neutral terms to what you will actually see.
When your organization is connected to a PSA, DarkBird automatically switches its labels to match that PSA's vocabulary (you can override this in Settings → Integrations → Terminology). This guide uses the neutral terms; the table below maps them to what you will see in the app.

This relabelling reaches the Settings navigation too — the Products and Phases tabs are renamed to your PSA's vocabulary. If a tab name in this guide does not match what you see, check this table first.
