Group cards with Card Sets
Stop forgetting the cards that always go with the card you just added.
A Card Set links an anchor card to the cards that usually accompany it. Add the anchor to a project and DarkBird offers the rest, so the thing everyone forgets — the licensing, the commissioning, the extra switch — gets offered instead of remembered. Found under Library → Card Sets.
Two ways to build one
- Discover from History — DarkBird mines your completed projects for cards that repeatedly appear alongside the same anchor, and proposes sets from real evidence. Needs at least 3 historical projects per anchor card before it will suggest anything, so a young org gets nothing here yet.
- New Card Set — build one by hand: pick the anchor, pick the attachments. Works with no history at all, which makes it the practical option early on.
Discovered sets arrive as pending and wait for you to approve them; sets you build by hand are active immediately. Dismissed sets stop being suggested.
Tip
You can also start a set straight from the card library — the Associate button on a card row opens the dialog with that card pre-filled as the anchor.
