Generate a scope of work
Turn the estimate into a client-facing document, and keep the parts you like.
Generating a SOW
- Go to the Scope tab
Click Generate Scope of Work. The document streams in section by section in real time — you can read it as it builds rather than waiting for a spinner.
- Review the output
The SOW includes project description, deliverables, assumptions, out-of-scope items, and (if applicable) a project expenses section for Per Diem cards.
- Refine if needed
Use the instruction bar below the document to give specific guidance: "make this more concise" or "add a payment terms section." Click Regenerate to apply.
Locking sections
If you like specific sections of a SOW but want to regenerate others, lock the sections you want to preserve. Click the lock icon in the header of any section. Locked sections display an orange left border and are preserved exactly in any subsequent regeneration.
Loving a SOW
When you generate a SOW you are particularly happy with, click the heart icon to mark it as "Loved." Loved SOWs are used by the AI as style references for future generations — the more you love, the better the AI matches your preferred tone and format.
