AI usage limits

What is metered, where to see it, and what happens when you hit a cap.

High-cost AI operations are tracked daily at the organization level to manage costs. You can see your current usage in Settings → Users. The tracked operations are:

  • SOW Generations — Scope of Work documents generated
  • Scoping Interviews — AI interview sessions started
  • Product Analysis — Smart Product Assistant lookups

If your team hits a limit, affected users will see a clear message and the operation will be blocked until the next day's reset.

Tip
