Review suggested card updates
Where "this card ran 20% over" becomes a one-click fix to the master card.
After a project is reviewed and archived, DarkBird compares estimated against actual hours per task. When a card consistently misses, it proposes a specific adjustment — "Network Cabling runs 20% over — consider increasing hours from 2.0 to 2.4 per run" — and parks it in Settings → Card Update Queue.
- Approve — applies the new hours to the master Install Card. Future estimates use them; existing projects are untouched.
- Reject — dismisses the suggestion. Nothing changes.
Approving edits the master card only. Projects that already carry that card keep the frozen copy they were built with, so an old quote never silently changes underneath a client. See Financial snapshots.
This queue also appears in the Inbox alongside everything else awaiting a decision — most people work it from there rather than remembering to open this tab.
You will not see suggestions that merely confirm an estimate. If the math lands within a rounding hair of the current hours, DarkBird resolves it automatically rather than asking you to click Approve on "3h → 3h, held true".
