Customize project review questions

Make the post-project debrief ask what your team actually needs to know.

Step 2 of every project review asks qualitative questions — "What was the biggest challenge on this project?" and similar. You control that list from Settings → Project Review Insights: reword the prompts, add your own, or restructure the sections.

These answers are not filed away and forgotten. They feed the AI performance report and merge into your organization's Expert Center, which shapes the questions the AI asks on future scoping interviews. A well-chosen review question compounds.
