Manage users

Invite, re-role, and suspend team members.


Inviting users

  1. Go to Settings → Users

    Click the Invite User button in the top right.

  2. Enter email and assign a role

    Choose Owner, Admin, Member, or Billing. Members consume a license seat; Billing does not.

  3. Send the invite

    The user receives an email with a secure link. When they accept, they are automatically added to your organization with the assigned role.

Changing roles

From Settings → Users, click the role badge next to any user to change it. Role changes take effect immediately.

Suspending users

To remove access without deleting a user, change their status to Suspended. They will be locked out immediately. You can reactivate them at any time.
