Works with the tools you already use
DarkBird is designed to complement your PSA and CPQ, not replace them. Native integrations with ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, and Quoter: push WBS and labor lines directly, pull actuals automatically.
Complement, not compete
DarkBird fills the labor estimation gap. Your PSA owns delivery. Your CPQ owns products. Each tool stays in its lane.
Push, don't export
WBS pushes directly into your PSA as tickets with checklists and hour budgets. No CSV. No copy-paste.
Pull actuals automatically
Time entries from ConnectWise and HaloPSA flow back into DarkBird to recalibrate your Install Cards. No manual sync.
ConnectWise Manage
Your PSA already tracks the hours. DarkBird budgets them.
ConnectWise Manage is your system of record for delivery, time tracking, and billing, and it stays that way. DarkBird sits in front of CW at quote time (scoping + estimate) and behind it at review time (actuals + learning). Nothing changes in how your PMs work.
Stack role
DarkBird handles the estimation. CW Manage handles the execution. Actuals from CW feed the loop.
What it does
- Link projects to CW Opportunities from the scoping dialog
- Push phase-based WBS with ticket-level checklists directly into CW, not CSV
- Pull time entries from CW to populate actuals automatically
- Unlinked project warning in the header when CW integration is active
HaloPSA
HaloPSA for delivery. DarkBird for labor estimation.
HaloPSA users get the same first-class treatment as ConnectWise shops. Link estimates to Halo Projects, push a structured WBS natively, and pull time entries back for the performance feedback loop. Your Halo workflows don't change.
Stack role
Scope and estimate in DarkBird. Execute and track in HaloPSA. Actuals return automatically.
What it does
- Link projects to Halo Projects from the scoping dialog
- Push WBS as native Halo ticket checklists, not CSV
- Sync time entries from Halo for actuals capture
- Works as a drop-in alongside your existing Halo workflows
Quoter
Quoter owns the quote. DarkBird owns the labor numbers inside it.
Quoter handles products and pricing; what it can't know is how many hours the install takes. DarkBird pushes the scope summary, bill of materials, and calibrated labor hours straight into a Quoter draft quote — as one labor line or broken out per Install Card.
Stack role
Scope and estimate in DarkBird. Push labor, BOM, and scope into a Quoter draft quote. Finish pricing in Quoter.
What it does
- Connect via OAuth 2.0 from Settings → Integrations
- Push calibrated labor hours as a single line or per Install Card
- Push the scope summary and bill of materials with the quote
- Search Quoter contacts from inside DarkBird when creating the quote
Coming next on the integration roadmap
We build integrations end-to-end, not halfway. Current focus areas based on customer demand:
- ConnectWise CPQ: complete the quote CW CPQ leaves unfinished with validated labor data
- Autotask / Kaseya BMS: PSA support for Datto shops
- Salesforce: link DarkBird projects to Salesforce Opportunities for deal-to-delivery continuity
Using a tool not on this list? We don't half-build integrations. If yours isn't here yet, ask; we prioritize by demand.
