Frequently asked questions
Does DarkBird replace Quoter?
No — it completes it. Quoter is excellent at product quoting; DarkBird supplies the piece a CPQ can't: labor hours calibrated from your actual project history. The two are complementary by design.
Can labor push as separate lines per card?
Yes. Push labor as one aggregate line or broken out per Install Card, whichever matches how you present quotes to clients.
Do I need a PSA integration to use the Quoter integration?
No. Quoter is a CPQ-side integration and works independently. Pairing DarkBird with ConnectWise Manage or HaloPSA as well closes the full loop — quote with Quoter, deliver in the PSA, and let actuals recalibrate your cards.
